I had brought the car in for an issue that required diagnostics. I did not have an appointment but they took care of that, an oil change, tire rotation and new wipers in a reasonable amount of time. I drive past another Hyundai dealership to come to headquarters because the service department is so good.

Also, provided all information regarding finance options that helped us get to a decision. This so rare to fine a caring person in business anymore specially as hectic place such as service department. Mr Cameron Forshey time after time has gone above and beyond to assist me and my family. I drive over 25 miles to get to Headquarter Hyundai in Sanford to get my routine service done. Because I know Cameron will take care of me and my car!!! I never have to worry about jacked up prices or unnecessary add-ons. I also purchased my Hyundai Caligrophy from them and I am extremely happy.
So far, we have used this dealership, strictly for service for our 3 year old Tucson, we have always had the pleasure of dealing with the same service advisor, Cameron, who treats us with respect and excellent customer care. For that reason, when it’s time to buy our next HYUNDAI, this dealership will be the one we will go to.
Wasted my time for the second time. What is the point of an online appointment service if it doesn’t guarantee a recall part to be in stock?

If you choose to purchase from this dealer, do yourself a favor: quadruple check everything they put in front of you before you sign it, and make them verify in writing that your “new” car is actually new. I purchased a Tucson here, and in retrospect I should have gone to one of the many other dealers in the area. Everyone was nice enough, but their repeated "mistakes" and one giant omission showed a complete lack of integrity.

We drove from st. Augustine to Sanford to look at a CPO 2025 Genesis GV70. Our salesperson, Victor White was great! Attentive, knowledgable and took his time with us. The finance people were quick and efficient... We got our price for our trade-in and their car for the price we wanted. If I could give 10 stars I would! Our salesman, Max was very knowledgeable about my used Honda van and super easy to work with. The dealership, Headquarters Hyundai does not sell you a "problem" used vehicle. They go through inside and out and replace the maintenance items before you take it home. No charge.
